My first experience ordering from your company - Eddie Van Halen autographed photo

I would like to take the opportunity to share the experience I had when ordering from your company. This was the first time I have ever used your company to purchase anything and because of the excellent customer service provided to me by one of your employees I will not only order from you for future purposes but will highly recommend you to anyone I can. I had recently ordered an autographed framed photo from your website. A few hrs after I ordered the item I realized I had ordered the wrong picture. I called the 800 number on the website and ended up speaking with Klaus. I can not express how wonderful he was in assisting me. I was in a panic because this was a very special present for someone. The service he provided me was above and beyond anything I would ever expect. I happen to work for an HR consulting firm where we do the training and development of customer service reps for many companies and Klaus was dead on with the guidelines I believe any customer service rep should follow. He was extremely professional, was right on time regarding timeframes for call backs to me, kept me posted on what was being done on my behalf and just really provided me with the utmost excellent customer service I could hope for. He is to be commended for his efforts. So, I thank you for having such a great employee who took the time to really assist me and I am hoping that Klaus gets to see this and if he does, Klaus, again, I cant thank you enough!!!!!!
