If you need a TERRIBLE customer service, go shop at Kohl's

Being the customer with Kohl's for 5 years, I had to make the decision to cancel the account in June, due to the terrible customer services was received at store 979, and being asked to hold on the phone for over 15 mins when called to cancel the account.

My conclusion is that Kohl does not take care the customer, and making money by hiring the lower level skill people who do not have the basic knowledge on how to do their jobs!
