A Customer Lost - KOHL'S
After paying off my Kohl's credit card they closed my account out without notice. I had been late with my payment, but I had payed all fees. I go in the store to use my card and they told me it was denied. I call customer service to find out what was wrong, that's when they informed me they had closed the account. Standing at the register I did not have enough cash so I had them to hold my items for me to come back and pick up. The clerk had told me to reapply as well as customer service. So I did. Well I return to pick up my items only to find out that they took my 20% that I was suppose to get off' and they put it back on. I will never shop there again! I tried to find a place to make a customer complaint and have had NO results yet. Kohl's has LOST me as a customer forever.
