Totsy is a waste of time!
What a nightmare! I order gifts for my grandson's 4th birthday 2 months ahead. I received notification on 7/23 that the items had shipped, but there was no tracking number. When I had not received the items 10 days later, I spoke with customer service and she could not verify the status and I was told she would call me the following day with an update. 3 days later, after no return call, I called and spoke with another service rep who told me it was lost by the post office so it really isn't their problem, but he would try to help and would call me back the next day. No call came, so I called again and was told it shipped on the 31st. No product 10 days later, so I called (it is now 1 week before his party) and they told me they would reship but couldn't guarantee it would arrive on time. I said if they couldn't/wouldn't expedite the shipment I didn't want it any longer and they could refund my money. The party has come and gone, I spoke with a rep today who said it was reshipped. When I said I no longer wanted it, she said they will refund my money and the items really haven't shipped. I should have a refund in 5 days, but I'm gonna guess that won't happen either.
