Membership without confirmation/agreement
I had subscribed to a 'Risk Free Trial' of 30 days from the online company. However, I continued receiving shipments of the product and deductions up to $100 off my account. I called them to ask for a cancellation, since I had not planned for a full plan but just the trial only. However, the call assistant refused to cancel me and put me up for a delayed shipment date. I just got deducted again, and I called and pressed the CSO for 15 minutes to get off their program. I also suggested to them to put a form of confirmation for the consumer to choose whether to continue with the program or to leave it alone, but they claim to have done so in wording on the website. Judging from the number of complaints made online about the same thing I'm talking about, they definitely did not.
