Incredibly poo

I ordered two sweaters from Kohl's.com for Christmas. Several days after they arrived, I realized that one of them had a plastic anti-theft tag attached. I contacted the company via email, requesting a new one be sent to me immediately and explaining that I had thrown away the packing slip, as I had intended to keep the items. I was told that I could go to a Kohl's store to have the tag removed (this was after I explained that the nearest store is two hours away!). I was then told that I would have to wait to return the item, have the money put back on my credit card, then I could place a NEW order, and email them back with the info. so they could take off shipping charges (oh, and "sorry for the inconvenience"). No thanks!!! Over the past three plus weeks, I have been emailing them (each time responded to by a DIFFERENT customer service rep, so I have to explain everything all over again), and now finally received an email that they scheduled a UPS pickup. The best part? They instructed me to put the packing slip in the box (the one I don't have!).

"Expect Great Things"???? Ha!
