Beyond the Rack
I just had a great experience with customer service. I wrote a review yesterday about sheets I had ordered being of poor quality on a review site like this. I did not contact the company as I did not feel it was worth the bother of complaining and returning the item. Imagine my surprise when I received and email from them later saying they had read my review and if I would send them the order number they would rectify the purchase. I did so this morning. They contacted me shortly thereafter advising me that they were refunding the total purchase price. How can customer service be better than that?!
