Beyond The Rack Poor Quality Items and Poor Customer Service

I ordered almost $2000 worth of stuff and about 100 items and it has been nothing but problems. 1st problem: So far i have received about 20 items and they are poor quality there is absolutely no way that they are the original price they ever said they were and when I called BTR to tell them i will be returning the items they tell me i will only be getting a credit back for the items instead of a refund why would I want $600 in credit to get more poor quality items. 2nd problem: When I have called to cancel the remaining orders they tell me it has already been shipped but when i call Canada Post I am told they have never even received the items that BTR said were shipped. 3rd Problem: after already waiting 3 weeks for an order i click on the tracking number and it says tracking number not found so when I called BTR they said they would look into it and call me back or send an email so then I receive an email saying that the shipment was lost with Canada Post and that it will take 15-20 to run an investigation, so i called Canada Post again and they again said they never received the item in the first place so after talking to 3 representatives at BTR one of them said that the item was never shipped out even though it said it was shipped on January 2nd. I will never purchase from BTR again and I will be making sure I let everyone I know how horrible the products and the customer service are at Beyond The Rack . I have never been so disappointed with online shopping as I was with this company
