LivingSocial.com is not customer friendly. - tablet pc

LivingSocial.com charged a very high shipping rate, but did not expedite the shipment. It said it would ship in 7-10 days, but on the 10th night, it still shows not shipped. When I contacted the company, they were not helpful at all and refused to allow me to cancel shipment, would not refund any shipping cost, and would not try to resolve the issue in any way. I will never use them again. Groupon is SO much easier to work with, and customer support is far superior.
