ITS CHRISTMAS! THOUGHT I'D GET MY DAUGHTER'S LAST GIFT ONLINE THROUGH TOYSRUS (I NORMALLY SHOP AMAZON OR WALMART) SINCE THE SITE SHOWED THE PRODUCT BEING ELIGIBLE FOR SAME DAY PICK UP AT STORE! I PRESSED SUBMIT, MY CARD WAS CHARGED $150! HOURS LATER I RECEIVE A CALL/VOICEMAIL FROM AN EMPLOYEE USING HIS PERSONAL CELLPHONE TO LET ME KNOW MY ITEM WAS ACTUALLY NOT AVAILABLE, (THOUGHT I HEARD HIM CHUCKLE A BIT) SORRY BUT THE STORE IS REALLY HECTIC AND THAT THE ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED. I FOUND OUT IT WAS HIS CELL BECAUSE I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK AND IT KEPT GOING TO HIS VOICEMAIL! I PRINTED MY ORDER RECEIPT TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TO MY SURPRISE SOME RELAXED AGENT WHO SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS IN HIS LIVING ROOM EATING LUNCH ANSWERED BUT COULDN'T GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS! HE TOTALLY BLEW ME OFF AND HAD THE AUDACITY TO ASK CAN HE ORDER ANYTHING ELSE FOR ME! I DECLINED AND ASKED TO SPEAK WITH THE SUPERVISOR, I WAS TOLD TO HOLD THEN HUNG UP ON! I TRIED REPEATEDLY TO CALL THE STORE BUT GUESS WHAT??? THE LINE IS CONSTANTLY BUSY. THOUGHT I'D TRY THE ONLINE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN BUT NOW I GET A UNPROFESSIONAL REP NAMED SHANIKA WHO BASICALLY IGNORED MY FRUSTRATIONS BY SAYING IF THAT'S WHAT HE TOLD YOU THEN IT'S TRUE. OMG!!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE WHAT IS HAPPENING TO ME BEFORE CHRISTMAS AND NOW I CAN'T GET MY MONEY RELEASED FOR ANOTHER WEEK OR TWO. I AM ALSO REPEATEDLY CHECKING BACK FOR THE PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND THE STUPID SITE STILL HAS IT AVAILABLE AND I'M UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO THE STORE TO FIND OUT HOW ACCURATE THAT IS! I AM HIGHLY UPSET THAT WORDS CAN'T EXPRESS. AGAIN, I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP TOYSRUS NO WAY! NO HOW!
