WORSE COSTUMER SERVICES EVER - costumer service
i spent 395 dollars on toys on the toyrus website on November 19, 2013. I like to buy everything before thanksgiving to prevent madness and so I can receive my packages on time. today is december 16, 2013 and still my packages haven't arrived. I had call costumer services twice seeking help and they just say check with ups. I told them that i purchased items from them and that they supposed to take care of the costumer and make sure the costumer receive the merchandise paid for and their answer was sorry is nothing we can do check with ups about your package. the second time I call them the lady that answer the phone made the mistake of telling me that they can resend me the packages again if i was afraid that my packages were missing, but quickly back paddle and start giving me excuses of why that was not a good idea. starting with ; we will have to charge u again for the new shipment and will refund u when we receive the other shipment back. i immediately replied and said how can I send u the other shipment back if its probably loss and I will never receive it. at the end she convince me to wait another week and I accepted because I didnt want to be 790 dollars on the hole with this company. nether less to say i will not be purchasing anything from there ever again. i have 3 kids and this is my first time purchasing from them first and last for sure. i usually spend a lot of money on my kids Christmas, but other stores will appreciate my business better for sure. tomorrow will be the last day i wait for my items to arrive if on wed I havent receive anything i will fight until I get my money back so I can spend it elsewhere. this store is not worth the hassle, they r the worse store ever.
