I was told that my shipment (almost $1,000) was to arrive on the 4th of December, and now it is the 5th of December. So I call FedEx and they tell me that it will not arrive until tomorrow. When I asked the representative why it had been delayed he told me that he didn't know. I asked him if I should anticipate the package being late tomorrow and he said I don't know. I need this package as I am leaving the country in a few days and am going through stress of not receiving it on time and having to pay out of pocket to ship it to the country I am in. I understand it's the holiday season and there are a lot of shipments. The least you could do is tell me that, instead of "I don't know". Because that leads me to believe you are not on top of things. We don't deserve this FedEx.
