I placed an order online 11/30/13. The item was available and I received confirmation email. At 7:59 om on 12/05 I received an email telling me that the item was back ordered till the 20th. I contacted chat support and it was the same deal, it made me feel like they didn't care about my business. They were like we can cancel your order or wait till that day, our looks are so good they go out really fast!! After i ask again, I didn't get a response
