So disapointed - online
I recently spent over three hundred online buying some great xmas presents from kmart the website was easy to use and had some great black friday prices. My issue is they (kmart) not only repetedly charged my account the wrong amount $118.00, 7 times presumably for the 7 items I tried to purchase (I couldn't get a straight answer of why from customer service she had no idea how this could happen.) After my bank ok'd the charges, Kmart canceled the order and refused to give me the items for the same price the next day when I figured out what had happened. I asked for a rain check . This was not possible according to customer service because "all my items were out of stock" I call bull shit because when I called a few different stores in my city they had the items in stock.
