Poor customer service
I purchased two pairs of shoes online. The shoe purchase was cancelled by the audit team. I am out of the country and had the shoes shipped to my mother in law so that she could mail them to my FPO since they do not ship to FPOs.I called to find out why they cancelled my purchase. They said they tried to call me and could not get a hold of me. I told them that I am calling due to the email I received that said call this number if you believe this order has been cancelled in error. The representative was rude and said they did not make a mistake. I asked if they can undo the cancellation and mail the shoes. He said no that it would have to be purchased over again by my mother in law, then I would have to call the customer service and give them the order number and the previous order number in order to get it for the price I originally purchased it for. On top of that I had purchased a pair of shoes for the ball that was to be expedited and they cancelled that too. Don't rely waste your time on famous footwear to get your shoes in time. They do not know how to do business and will eventually go out of business. I just found the same shoes on amazon and guess what I can have it shipped directly to me without all the hassle and rudeness.
