Speak UP Deal London - Living Social Vouche
I placed the order on 30.09 for a One-to one Language lessons. I have contacted Speak up on 03.10 and i asked if i can have lessons wednesday or thursday after 07.pm. I got a replay on 08.10 from Kamila to give her my voucher code and availability. I wrote her an email and again i told her i can have lessons on wednesday or Thursday after 07pm. After this no replay. I have sent a new email on 16.10 to ask if is everything fine, she asked me again the voucher code and availability. I have also proof of all email correspondence. She told me they have only lessons from monday to friday and until 07.00 pm. I am working until 06:00pm and can never be at speak up until 07.00 pm. From Speak up they want to give me a full refund because they know also they can not give me the service but from the living social they are saying if i can not go to the lessons i can give this voucher as a gift to a friend. I want to study Spanish and this was for me. If i want to make a gift to a freind i will not ask living social what to give as a gift. Only way that we can go against living social as a consumer is to take legal action. We can do it as a group too.
