Ordered a baby swing from Walamrt.com and never got it - Fisher Price Rain Forest Swing

We ordered a Fisher Price Rain Forest Swing from Walmart.com. It was to be shipped to the store and I was supposed to get a text and or email from the store when it arrived. I didn't receive an email or text on the delivery date so, the next day I called the store it was to be shipped to and asked if it was there. The lady did not check to see if It was there, she just told me I would receive a text when it arrives. So, no help there. I waited a couple of days and sent an email to walmart.com. Several days go by and I did not receive an email back so, I sent another email. Several days go by, still no reply. I send yet another email, still no reply. Very frustrated at this point, I search for a phone number to call. They have no phone numbers at all to call. So, I send an email to the corporate office. Days later we are contacted to tell us about how a new employee stocked it on the shelf and our order was sold THREE days later. Unbelievable!! Also, I never received the $20 egift card that was supposed to come with my order and it was never mentioned. I can't believe that Wal-Mart conducts itself this way. Very unsatisfied customer here.
