Excellent Customer Service

Last week after leaving my college classes, a friend shared with me the coupon of buy one get one in jewelry. So I picked up my daughter and off we went to Target in Port Orange, FL. Little did I remember that on my new smart phone to get to my coupon I needed the data on, so after much frustration of trying to bring up the coupon. I gave up and proceeded to leave the store. When Billy and Rodney (store manager) sensed my disappointment with not getting my items, they helped resolve the issue. Rodney had been aware that the coupon was ringing up incorrectly and was in the process of changing the system, but he waited, helped resolve my problem, rang up my purchase with a smile (since my Timex Watch was free even after I only bought a piece of jewelry on sale for less than $5.00. He then proceeded to share about the Target RED card and saving money on each purchase with it directly posted to your checking account. I would have done this at the same time, but I needed a blank check from my bank and I do not carry them with me. Wish this could have been different, maybe next time I decide to go to Target I will remember it.
BUT again, I want to say THANK you again to Billy(helped with getting my watch to me for purchase) and Rodney for being so pleasant and out going with making my purchase a happy buy. We need MORE customer service like this one everywhere.
