The Brick Guelph

I bought a king size mattress last aug(2012). 6 months later both side supports were gone on it. Filled out my warranty papers and whatnot and didn't hear from them for 2.5 months. When the guy came to look at my bed I was renovating my bedroom and bathroom and my mattress was laying on my living room floor. The guy said he couldn't do anything because it wasn't on a frame. A month later when my reno's were done I had to go through the whole warranty proses again, this time it only took a month for the guy to come back. He agreed I needed a new one and also had 5 of the same complaints of the same bed maker that week. I called the brick to see if I could have store credit to buy a better mattress they said no but I could call the manufacture myself, I thought that was bullshit. Long story short I was supposed to have the mattress delivered Wednesday sep 25 between 10am-1pm so I had my mom hang out at my house for it. 1:30 I asked her if it arrived yet...nope. I called the delivery department and they said there was an error and it was going to be between 3-6pm. I said re schedule for fri evening, Thursday and Friday morning I got phone calls 130pm and 830 am saying it was being delivered in the next half hour. I lost my shit on the delivery department once again. I am now going to the Guelph store to pick up my new shitty mattress. The brick is an absolute joke will never step foot in there to buy anymore furniture
