Horrible Customer Service & Lack of Communitcation, Abused & Mistreated By Company!

I have been dealing with this company for the past nine months regarding my DVD club membership and the remaining DVD's due on my contract. I was turned into a collection agency for past-due account and paid the agency $74.80 direclty for not only the into-package but also for the 2 remaining DVD's that were due on my contact. I never ordered the 2 DVD's but they felt it necessary to bill me for them in advance to ordering and shipment!

I still every oh three months receive the lovely mailing from this company saying that I still have 2 DVD purchaces to go in order to fullfill by membership obligation. Which is not true seeing that I paid the $74.80 which included these two remaining selections.

I am very upset that this huge multi-million dollar company has such poor communication skills with both their customers and other agencies!

I am writing to let everyone know who has every had the dis-pleasure of dealing with Columbia House DVD Club's so called Customer Service I have finally found a phone number which actually has live people answering. Even though I did have to waid through the automated system for awhile I did finally get to speak with their so called customer service representive. The number is 1-812-466-8111

We'll see what actually comes of the conversation I had when I try and receive the 2 DVD's I have coming to me at no charge!!!!!

So please all of you that are fed-up with the way this company is treating it's existing members call and voice your concerns and frustrations to the nubmer listed above! Let them know that this kind of treatment will not be taken lying down!!!!!!!
