SHILLA, BEAWARE OF THIEVES !SCAMMERS...DO NOT DO BUINESS WITH THEM.
On October 21,2011we have placed an orderfor30,000 brochures with AllProColor Printing Co.,located at 21470 Coolidge,Oak Park,Mi. 48237.When went to pick up the order on October26,2011 we noticed the quality of the the copies were sub-standard.We immediately brought it to the printers 'sattention.Their reply was that only one brochure was affected.We stated that we would check all of them upon arrival to our office.Also,we question the amount of boxes that we received.Nobody could aswer us in regards to the quantity of brochures per box.On October 27.2011 we called AP Printingseveral times and spoke to various individuals about the proble. at hand.We explained that after inspecting all of the brochures we found hundreds of them damaged.We were also missing about 3,000brochures from the 30,000 ordered. On October 28,2011 we finallymanaged T.Norton,who requested an e-mail including an attachment of a picture of the damaged items.WE have e-mailedher a few pictures and still have not heard from her.She claimed that she would print the missing/damaged brochures,but nothing had been done.Every time that we contacted APP from October 26-28,2011 the employees were extremely rude and unhelpful.Due to their actions we were unable to proceed with our full advertising plans.We had a strict deadline that we had to adhere to and were inno position to wait for unfulfilled promises from AP Printing.Since AP Printing had damaged and failed to print my brochures ouradvertising project was severely affected.We strongly believe that because AP Printing 's actions our company ha suffered a big loss.
