Inept, thieves, no answe
1st of all they charged my credit card and never mailed the makeup!Then I got 1/2 the order , box completely crushed and open. Then they told me my missing item was out stock before but now they have it and would get it in 2-3 days. They also told me they would mail the damaged product again. I was happy. The item that I had never received in the 1st place never arrived for weeks. When I called again the woman said that my package had been in " the wrong pile, under some things and that she had just found it that da and that she knew I was going to call". I was still ok with all of this because they picked up the phones and explained all of the mishaps by saying that they had some new interns working oir them that didn't do things correctly.Then , I received the wrong color foundation. Way too dark. I called and there was no answer. I have left SIX messages since December 2011 and it's now march 1st. I have the receipt that shows I ordered a different color than what I received so in thought I had a case, but somehow my credit card company said they got through to them and that I should have mailed it back? How Amd why would I do that when they never once picked up the phone Amd never replaced the 1st product that was damaged. I don't have any idea what is going on with this company but I am now furious and tired of wasting my time. It's unfair that I am now being charged interest for non payment for this product.
