New online income

I purchased an Online Money Making System from New Online Income also advertised as Freedom Agency Online on October 8, 2011. The website I ordered it from stated that if I signed up at that time, that I would pay ONLY $49.95. I signed up immediately and ended up being charged $100.00 instead. I called the Customer Service number listed (once I noticed the incorrect charge) and subsequently I was credited $50.00. I followed the terms and conditions of the agreement: I tried the program for more than 20 days as specified. After feeling grossly mislead, (by how the product was advertized vs. how it performed) I called again and requested a refund on November 1, 2011. The representative told me that I would be credited a full refund in the amount of $50.00 within 24-72 hours. It was brought to my attention recently that the funds were never credited back to my account. I contacted New Online Income or Freedom Agency Online again on February 28, 2012 and spoke to a Customer Service Manager named Charlie L. employee ID #1156713. I let him know that the money was never credited back to my account. He stated that the representative that I had spoken to on November 1, 2011 failed to submit my Cancellation/Refund Request. Charlie told me that NOW I am NOT entitled to a refund because more than 30 days has elapsed (even though it was the representatives error and NOT mine). I feel this conclusion is unacceptable and unethical. Im disappointed that you failed to resolve this matter with me.
