Bad customer service
Some of the employees at CVS in Douglas, GA Store number 4552 need to be fired. Every time I go in there I am not completely satisfied. So the reason I went this time is because I was looking for a certain product online and CVS had the item I was looking for, so I went and bought it. Wish I could have went somewhere else. I ended up bringing the product back. I had my receipt and debit card, but they tried to tell me that they could only put my refund on a gift card. I called back the next day to talk to someone with some sense and she asked the store manager about refunding (How dumb and no training. She should have already known about this). I ended up getting my refund back on my debit card, but now I have to wait 7-14 days for it to appear (really and it better). When I brought the product back it was full and someone must have poured half of it out because it was almost empty when she brought up to the front to refund me. She said to me "You must have used half of it". And I told her, "No it was full when I brought it back, they must have poured it out". They tried to cover their asses cause I told the employee the first time I brought it back I was going to call the manager the next day. I don't have these problems at Wal-Mart or Walgreens. I wont be returning unless my money is not refunded.
