Hob zero response from company zero results on cancellation and refund

I had ordered a dress for my daughters wedding 3 to 4 weeks prior to the event. I was asked my size during the order process on line and color and shipping, date of event and of course credit card info . I was led to believe that my dress was in stock because I was not asked my measurements or told that it would take 15 weeks to make the ordered dress.

What I read about when to expect delivery was that said dress would be sent to the company and examined to meet their requirements then shipped off to the buyer total time would take approximately one and one half to two weeks for order to be shipped.

Three days before my daughters wedding I called hob to find out my dress delivery status. According to the operator I talked to that there was not anything noted on my order stating any update if order has been shipped or not, so she put in an urgent request for someone to contact me that day via email or phone which she verified that the info they had on record was correct and they were.

The next morning I still had not heard from anyone from hob so I called again and was told that my dress that I ordered would not be ready for another 12 to 13 weeks. I was very upset and asked to talk to that persons supervisor which I did. I told her I was under the impression that this dress was in stock because no one asked me my measurements no one contacted me to let me know that the said order would not be available by the event date. The supervisor offered to call the dressmakers and try to cancel my order I told her I would call her the next morning because I had to drive at least eighty miles to find a dress.

The next morning I called and the supervisor was not available, but left a message that a cancellation order was put in and for me to also send an email to their info department requesting refund and cancellation of said order.

Tuesday after the event date I still had not heard from anyone from hob so I called and was told to email the refunds dept myself also requesting cancellation and refund. I did that and still had not and still 3 weeks post event still zero contact from hob.

I called after three weeks post event because I still have not heard anything from company after emails and repeated phone calls to be contacted.I was told to email info and refund depts. I told the operator that I have more than once and have called more than once and the only contact I have had with this company is only when I contact them myself. He said he was sorry and will email them again with urgent replies to contact me via email or phone. I then asked if my order was canceled yet and he said nothing is still on the computer stating that it was canceled or not. I told the operator that I do not want to be nasty but I am turning this company into the bbb, which I have.
