Very very bad managers
The Peakview apartment at Lafayettte, CO is charging us extra payment. We found the mistake on the bill, but they didn’t believe it and sent to the bill to collection company. After we moved out of this apartment, the apartment management people sent us a very complicated bill. Apparently, they were confused by themselves and couldn’t figure out the numbers. They claimed that they put $ 77.7 on the bill but they didn’t deducted it at the end. They were very very rude during the conversation. We were trying to contact with them 2 days later, and they said the bill had been sent to the collection company. We also tried to contact with the upper level management (Trinity, 949-399-2500). No one answered the phone, and no one reply my voice mail.
