Failure to post payments on time, lost payments, horrible customer service
Again they have lost my payment. Since being sold to Green Tree from BOA they have lost or failed to post my payments several times. Several times they have found it after researching saying it was separated from the stub. Called today because I mailed same day as payment to BOA, BOA posted payment previous week and Green Tree says they don't have it. The customer service rep says they don't have it, I suggested he look where they have found the checks before and he refused saying he can't check the mail. Totally a jerk the whole time. I asked to be transferred to someone else and was put into a voice mail. I bet I get a call in the next couple of days as before saying I haven't made my payment only to have them find it.
