Horrid delivery service - GE electric range
My GE electric range was ordered & paid for, delivery included, on Dec 29. Received a phone call Dec 31 to confirm details, and was told we might get a call Jan 2, but may be Jan 3, to provide delivery time for the following day. Due to numerous screw ups by Lowes , and perhaps their shipping company also, it's now Jan 10 & I still have no stove. We've been on the phone with the shipping company, the store delivery department, even the store manager, over the past week, and wasted time waiting for delivery that was supposedly scheduled, more than once. Now we're told it will be on the truck tomorrow, heard that before, I'll believe it when I see it. This was my first experience with Lowes, & since it's been very poor overall, it seems obvious they don't value their customers. I should have bought elsewhere, I would have had a stove, instead of excuses.
