Employees Unable to Get Benefits
I have six employees that have been trying to collect unemployment since 10/14/13. I have received numerous "approval" letters but my employees are not receiving their checks. I need this addressed. I have called, faxed and placed a request at the workforce development site with no response. I have paid in, they have filed. It is unacceptable that we can not get any help locally or by phone (constantly busy).
