Broken Laptop LCD - Samsung NP300E5A-A05US Laptop

To whomever it may concern,
A couple of days ago, I tried to clean my computer. I slightly touched the screen and suddenly the screen _quotcracked_quot, making it unable to see what was displayed on the laptop. I thought this would be the problem of the quality of the Samsung laptop. I sent the laptop back to the Samsung company, but customer service refused to fix it and voided my warranty even though my warranty has not yet expired. My ticket number is 4118689442. Although Samsung customer service has said that they will not fix it, I received three emails later informing me that the computer has been fixed and will be shipped back to me via UPS. The UPS tracking number I received was 1Z2X909R0255825533. Later on, I received yet ANOTHER email from Samsung customer service telling me "Hello,

This is our 2nd attempt to contact you.

Please disregard any emails regarding your unit being repaired and shipped back to you. Your unit is neither repaired nor shipped back via UPS or FEDEX. The emails you have received are automated emails regarding your unit being shipped out of our system. We are still holding your unit until we can contact you further.

With these amount of emails I am receiving, telling me that the laptop is fixed and then it isn''t fixed, I am starting to become confused. I believe that Samsung should be able to fix my LCD screen because I am still under warranty with this laptop. If it is unable to be fixed, please send the laptop back to me. I am very disappointed in the quality of Samsung products and of the customer service.
