Samsung broken HT-TX35 Home Entertainment System - HT-TX35

It has now been over 32 days since I submitted my home entertainment system (7th March 2013) into repair and yet nothing has happened excepted time wasted writing emails, time wasted conversing with online chat agent and time wasted making numerous phones to check on development or making a complaint about the whole issue!

Every time I called to get a development update either nothing has happened or I am told someone will get back in touch. Thus far only two of the calls have been returned to date with the simple feedback that we are working on it.

I was informed that case has now been resolved and would be contacted with a solution being that for a credit note to purchase a new equipment as the parts were unavailable! After the look wait I was at least pleased that a solution had been found.

Since the credit confirmation call nothing has happened and in fact we seem to have gone back to square one, I was informed by an agent who will remain unnamed and could only be considered as rude and unhelpful that the case had been closed on 25th March with the "needful being done"!!?!! What is the needful I asked and got a blank response.

This was completely different that what I was told earlier in the day. I asked to speak with manager and I was told none were available and when I asked for a call back at a later date I was informed no as Samsung were no longer going to follow up the case. No reason given except in a rude manner being told to log a complaint yet again on their website.

This level of after sales service can only leave one in utter astonishment bearing in mind I have recently spent a significant on Samsung's 55 inch 8 Series TV!!

Here is to hoping that something will be done by Samsung to restore faith in their brand
