Tmobile's phone exchange program

We CAN fight back? I received the worst Customer service ever from Tmobile this month. I have been a customer with Tmobile for 15 YEARS! and they treated me like I was nothing. Early this year, I bought a Blackberry phone(over $500, yes I know they are crap but I needed it for work) and yes it was crap and I had to send it back. Now Tmobile won't credit my bill. I am being charged for 2 phones when I only have one and they keep suspending my account.

I think there is a pattern ! My partner happened to be in a Tmobile store in Thornton, Colorado when a fellow walked in with the Same problem! Tmobile is calling it a Warranty Exchange issue.
Please contact me if you have a warranty exchange issue with Tmobile (any phone not just a Blackberry), I think we have a class action issue here. I am owed money by them... ARE YOU?
