Incorrect Billing - Billing and customer service
I cancelled my T-Mobile account in March 2012 because they do not service the area where I live... I continued to be billed through July, 2012 with payment made by my automatic deduction billing plan. I contacted T-Mobile in July. I believe I am due four months of refunds. However T-Mobile has only credited me with two months and I have NOT received that refund to date. Customer service refused to help me because "I am no longer a customer." This is unacceptable.
