It started at the beginning of Febuary my wireless internet connection slowed down which is not uncommon. So I brought my XBOX downstairs and directly connected my XBOX to the router every day it seemed like my internet got even slower. So I started to reboot the router everytime that I played my game, but it did nothing to help how slow my internet was being. I called AT&T they rebooted my system from their computers and they told me that there was nothing showing up on their end slowing down my internet after three reboots and checking different ports but nothing sped up my internet which is suppose to be 12mbs all the tests showed my speed at 6mbs and slower. After two tech people came to my house they both said that it is something with my lines leading to my house, but the line techs will not fix it so I am paying for 12 mbs and only getting 6 mbs on a good day. I called their billing department to complain about the situation the guy on the other end hung the phone up on me. I have gotten nothing fixed all I get is the run around everytime I call I want something done.
