Over charged for two years - Sprint mobile phone provide
I have been with sprint for over ten years. I even convinced my entire family(6) to join me and be on the family plan. After several bad experiences my wife and 4 children decided to leave and go with another carrier. I was advised to go, but I did not. My son and I stayed- still on the family plan. When my son turned 18 he understood he had to get his own phone line, so he left. With him leaving my plan changed from the family plan to the individual my plan-so I thought. Sprint never adjusted my plan. As a result I overpaid sprint for two years. I was made aware of this by a in store sprint employee. He informed me that sprint never actually change my plan. They kept me on the family plan. when I called sprint to make them aware of this they said sure no problem, we will credit your account $275, this was before I renewed my contract. I go to get a new phone (S4) and renew my contract. The very next day sprint contacts me and say "we cannot credit your account because you did not dispute it within the 30 day window in which it occurred". Are you serious!! Just so that everyone knows, The in store sprint employee-who was disgruntled with sprint and leaving said that sprint knew they were overcharging me all along. They were just going to continue to take my money. Great customer service!
