The lack of customer service skills @ Metro PCS - customer service
I'm writing to review the customer service issues I've received while dealing w/ Metro PCS . They want you to pay your bill on-line (so you won't be chaged $2-3.00) if I'm paying on line and I get an error message, why is now my fault that there is a problem with the system? What makes matters worst is that the customer service people than began speaking to you as if your idiot and don't know how to make a payment. If we the customer are receiving an error message than the customer service dept. should be able to view that, not them tell me I'm wrong and patronize me as if I've never made a payment before. STOP outsourcing...we Americans can't understand what some other cultures are saying, the language barrier is horrible! Metro PCS needs to REALLY do a overhaul on their customer service team and department. Please contact me w/suggestions because I have plenty!!!
