Rude and incompetent conduct - My sprint phone account 806-831-5135
I went to the above address of Sprint to complain about someone using my cell phone number to make annoying calls to third parties. The young, female receptionist was argumentative and said that was impossible. Afterwards she directed me to a "glass room" at the rear of the room. I could see no doors and asked her how I got inside. Her answer, a sarcastic, "You walk." When I got to the east end of the room I saw that there were small glass gabs at the bottom of the glass wall through which I could speak to technicians. One of them said they could not resolve the problem but gave me the Customer Service number. The gentleman at the remote service center told me that the practice was "spoofing" and told me I could block my phone number to the number that had complained to me about the calls. As I exited, the receptionist, a young Hispanic average size and build with dyed brown streaks in dark brown hair that the right answer to my question was to talk through the gaps in the glass wall and that she could improve the image of Sprint without using sarcasm. She and two other Hispanic females, leaning idly on the lectern, all giggled and the receptionist showed no contrition or that my remonstration was of any avail. When I left, she heaved a final, sarcastic, "Have a nice day."
