Horrible customer service - fraud is their way of doing business - Cell phone service
I just found out that the "friends and family" discount I have gotten for years was a scam, causing my bill to jump $25. Unfortunately, they only figured this out three weeks after I renewed my contract. I only stayed with Sprint because it was cheaper, but now I am stuck with a big bill and can't leave my new two year contract without paying $350. They lied several times when I called to fix this, telling me it was resolved when it wasn't. I would have cancelled my service then, but they said it would be taken care of. This is a terrible way to do business, and I just hope I can get out of this and give my money to a better company.
