Refusal to Cancel Service - mobile phone
Set up service for a planned job in Las Vegas from DFW but received information within 30 minutes of ordering service from Cricket indicating I would not be going to Las Vegas after all. Contacted Cricket and they refused to cancel order. They offered that I could write "refused" on the package when delivered, but I was not going to be Las Vegas to receive the package. I sent a return label to the resident of the home and they sent the phone back. After multiple calls to Cricket and their refusal to close the account I have been forced to contact my bank to reverse charges and will be contacting the FCC. I never activated the phone and I have never opened a package. Yesterday the current resident of the home I was going to be staying at received an additional package from Cricket.
