Phone won't charge - Metro pcs galaxy admire
My fiance bought this phone (Samsung Galaxy Admire 4g) in mid February, and about 3 months ago, he started having issues with it not charging. We purchased a new battery, and that didn't help. We have switched chargers, and this has not worked, either. I contacted Samsung, directly and told customer service about the issue, and after numerous attempts to get this person to understand what was going on, he continually told us the steps to do a factory restore on the phone. I had also gone into a Metro PCS store and asked the person working there about the issues with the phone, and he told me that the company had a recall on the phone because they were defective, but didn't know what else we could do from there. Why can't anyone seriously help us? These phones are not cheap, especially with the cost of trying to figure out what could possibly be wrong. We don't have the funds to buy a new phone. We spent close to $300 on this thing. Please, please, someone give me some sort of HELPFUL info. Thank you!
