Sprint - The Model of Poor Customer Service
After almost 40 calls over 2 months to Sprint s "customer service" and numerous lies by each and every representative about why my phone does not receive reception, I got sick of it and threatened to call the BBB. Once i said that, Sprint changed their tune and offered to buy back one of my phones, waive that terminition fee and my last months bill as long as I complete this by 9/19/13. This was completed on the 6th and the phone sent back 3 days later. After 2 weeks and me calling multiple times, they finally credited my account but left the last bill on the final total. After explaining this to the last representative who said she was a "supervisor" she decided to tell me, sorry we dont have that on record and since you are no longer our customer, we dont care; you are to pay the termination fee for one line and also the final months bill. Clearly, attempting to win a case in court over one bill and months of lies, the worst coverage (8 dropped calls on avg per hr) and horrible horrible customer service, all I can do is expose the supervisor Natalie Reilly ID# NA280730 for making me satisfied with decision to leave sprint.
