Had been told no question replacement. Then, within last 6 months of warranty was told would need several attempts of troubleshooting before replacement They did troubleshooting & battery replacement. Then strung out other troubleshooting, none of which fixed shortened battery life until I was out of warranty. Sorry no replacement.
