I just recently found out today that I have a $600.00 bill from sprint into collections and I was charged a $350.00 termination fee for service I didn't terminate. sprint keeps telling me I signed a new contract in February of 2013 when I didn't. Verizon has bad customer service.

2 different Verizon Wireless reps told me they owed me $130.60 they refunded me $7.71 After 10 years this is they way they thank me. They are a very missleading company. My recommendation is to stay away there are much cheaper plans and better customer service elsewhere. The agent clearly agrees and can see that the previous 2 agents promised the $130.60 refund but her hands are tied and I felt like she doesn't really care. If you get a discount, beware after you sign another 2 year contract they will drop your discount. We signed a new contract and it has been 4 months that we have been fighting to get it back with no luck. We signed the contract with the terms being the same and they changed their side.
