Sears Lack of Service on Service Call - Craftsman snow throwe

Last week I contacted Sears Blue Crew re: broken part on snow thrower. Today, the tech showed up without the part and said no one told him what to bring. Had to order part and will have to return to fix. This in the middle of winter with snow predicted every day. AND I'm told to pay in advance for labor and part. Had three major purchases (refrigerator/dryer/windows) planned for this year. Think I'll call Sears? You've got to be joking....

I found a 2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 truck on the Brunswick Auto Mart website and spoke with the Salesman Norman “Norm” Hoelk for several days over the phone regarding the particulars of this truck- Vehicle I.D. Number 1GCEK19Z76Z187426. I noticed that in the pictures, the truck looked to be sitting up high, and I asked Norm if it had a ‘lift kit’ on it. I was a customer of Comcast Cable company for two years, I moved to another home, and Comcast told me everything at the new home was activated. I found out it wasn't. I spoke to 20 different Comcast employees on the phone that said it was activated. Comcast finally had to send a tech to my home, the tech said nothing was activated, so Comcast said they would compensate me by installing a security alarm in my home. Stamps.com neglected to offer the new stamp rate for first class postage as few as 3 days before the increase was to take place (1/26/14). My wife and I found this oversight to be extremely poor business. When a change was posted at the site, the only denomination offered for a 1 oz, first class stamp was $0.48 and NOT the $0.49 everyone had anticipated!
