I paid for an Internet service on 02/20/2013 for 5 guaranteed signups to my program. I was promised 20% refund for each one not "delivered" by 4/17/2013. I received none, no refund, no reply to emails, and no response to my phone messages. The "online help" is never on line and no one ever answers the phone.
