I ordered hair extension from this company 5 days ago. After reading sooo many bad reviews about the company I wanted to just cancel my order before I became a victim myself. The phone number on the site is real but I believe they only answer when they want to. I finally got through to a person and cancelled my order (or so I thought) two days ago. The representative stated that I must pay 5% for a cancellation fee (because i cancelled 24 hrs later) which I did and stated I will be receiving $76 and some change back to my account. I ask if there was any confirmation number and he stated my refund with the bank is my confirmation....a little pissed but I said Ok and ended the call. The VERY next day I get an email saying my order has been shipped already with some kind of tracking number...the number did not pull up with any shipping services in the US. Immediately I call the company back 4 times before someone picked up, held the line for 30 seconds while I'M saying HELLO and then they hang up. I call back the company and it just rings and rings (for 1min and 57seconds) so I hang up. I believe they have a system to recognize numbers and that's y they won't answer my calls anymore. I will continue to call them non-stop until I get a Rep today!
