At the beginning of February I sent for trial packs of Mizulean and Puraclens. These I never received but at the end of February I received two large pots of pills. I had no letter or instructions so I left them, waiting for information as to how to take them. It was obvious that they were not the Trial Pack but had no address of where to send them back. My Mastercard statement came on 15th March, showing that the company had claimed for the two pots, plus Insureship and Redcross - whatever that is.

I immediately contacted my bank and changed my card and wrote to them on 21st March, having found a website for complaints against them. To date I have received no reply. it is now 05/10/13. Where do I go next, the courts?
