I hired the service to do a deep clean. I've been a regular customer since 2008. That morning the owner called me to tell me the maids found lice treatment products and live lice on the cabinet in the upsatirs bathroom and that they were freaking out and would more than likely leave. He called back a bit later and said the crew had left and that I would not be charged. The next day I was charged $210.00. When I asked Robert Van Patten about this charge when he told me I would not be charged he said his cleaning crew said they cleaned the entire upstairs and worked over 2 hours on the 3,100 SQFT home. It was not professional of Robert to call me and tell me I would not be charged then charge me. He should have had the story straight before he called me to tell me the crew was walking off the job. He never infomred me of his policy on walking off jobs when lice products found in the home. I am simply requesting that Robert Van Patten stand behind his word of not charging me. When he called me on April 11, 2013 and told me he would not charge me he had only been in contact with the cleaning crew more than once that morning. This is an example of low professional and is not a BEST practice. I have since hired a new cleaning company for my house.
