Called and they said they would credit account, but they didn't. Called again and they said they couldn't find account. Sent them email confirmation with order number. Said they still could not find information. I tried to give them order ID number and they didn't want it. Gave them last 4 digits of card number. Still couldn't find it. Asked to speak to head manager. Said they couldn't connect, because they were in a different location. I will contact American Express at this point.
