I ordered 2 personally tailored bridesmaid dresses. Both dresses were very long by at least 4 inches. On the very day we received them, I started contact with the company over this problem. They asked for photos. I furnished photos showing how the dress was at least 4 inches on the ground, but they wanted more photos asking to see the full length of the dresses and the numbers on the measuring tape. I sent more photos and a video showing the start of the measuring tape on the dress and then following it all the was to the hem. They still kept asking for more photos. I told them I couldn't furnish the exact photos they requested because how do you take a photo of a long gown and have the numbers on the measuring tape be big enough for them to see it? I felt they were badgering me and not taking responsibility for their error. I told them I wouldn't send anymore photos and I want a refund. Today I got an email saying I didn't address this issue in a timely manner and therefore they will not take care of it. I started contacting them the very day I got the dresses and I have been in contact with them ever since. Bad company. Poor workmanship.
